role=\"presentation\">en mati\u00e8re de certificat m\u00e9dical pour la <\/span><\/span><span id=\"page3R_mcid8\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page3R_mcid8\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">nouvelle inscription en club et la prise de licence. <\/span> <\/span><span id=\"page3R_mcid9\" class=\"markedContent\"> <\/span><span id=\"page3R_mcid10\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">La r\u00e9glementation <\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">en vigueur sur les certif<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">icats m\u00e9dicaux a connu <\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">des modifications importantes ces <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">derni\u00e8res <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">ann\u00e9es, <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">avec <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">pour <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">finalit\u00e9 <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">principale <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">la <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">facilitation <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">de <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">la <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">prise <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">de <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">licence <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">et <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">des <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">renouvellements, <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">pour les pratiquants majeurs comme mineurs. saison 2021-2022, la FFK <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">proc\u00e8de donc \u00e0 une \u00e9volution majeure de sa r\u00e9glementation en <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">vigueur en mati\u00e8re de certificat m\u00e9dical dont les d\u00e9tails sont d\u00e9voil\u00e9s ci-dessous :<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page3R_mcid13\"
